Parents
Smart Beez Learning Center has been designed by parents and directors to provide your child with clean, safe, fun and affordable environment.
We know that being a parent is not easy, so we adopted an open communication policy and our highly trained staff is always there for you as a resource to answer any questions or concerns.
Infants Class
In our infant room we welcome kids from 6 weeks to 12 months old. We believe that this is the most crucial age in the child's life. Each child is nurtured and loved to achieve all the physical milestones they are expected at this age. By closely monitoring them and encouraging them, individualized plans are created for each of our children that suits their needs to grow at their own pace.
Infants will be surrounded with stimulating environment that will help them reach their fullest potential.
Our staff will also be working closely with parents to create a partnership that serves the best interest of the child.
Our days are full of activities that will range from reading stories to playing in front mirrors, sensory games, playing with dolls, blocks, balls, stacking toys, and push-pull toys and many other activities, all in a creative environment.
Transitional Kindergarten Class
In our transitional Kindergarten class we prepare the kids for school. We create a curriculum that is filled with fun educational indoor and outdoor activities ranging from letters and numbers to colors and shapes that is all connected to our daily life.
Our transitional Kindergarten class is carefully designed to compose many different learning centers; including: construction and design, dramatic play, creative art, music, library, writing, literacy and math and science. Each center is specially created to support our kid's development.
Our day will be full of activities to strengthen the social, emotional , physical and cognitive skills along with their language skills. We will be having motor and sensory activities to support their physical growth as will. Our day will include group time, outdoor and indoor play, dramatic play, blocks, and many other activities to support their full growth.
Toddlers Class
Moving around is one of the major achievements that a child can do; in our toddlers room, we are excited to help the children start walking and running to explore the world around.
In our toddlers rooms we accommodate kids ages 12 months to 3 years.
Our day will be full of activities to strengthen the kid's social, emotional and cognitive skills along with their language skills. We will be having motor and sensory activities to support their physical growth as well. Our day will include group time, outside play, dramatic play, blocks, and many other activities, all separated by naps and meals to support their full growth.
Another huge milestone kids overcome at this age is potty training. Potty training can be a very frustrating time in the child's development. In our class, we do what it takes to help the children potty train.
School-Age Class
We offer drop off and pick up for the following schools:
1. Clays Mill Elementary School.
2. Picadome Elementary School.
3. James Lane Allen Elementary School.
4. Glendover Spring Elementary School.
5. Jessie Clark Middel School.
Our after school program includes lots of fun and activities, snack and homework support and more.
Summer Camp
•Active Honey Beez will offer exciting themes each week
that campers will explore through science, art, music,
and so much more.
•Campers will also enjoy workshops and visits to
Kentucky HorsePark, Aviation Museum/Airport Tour,
Arboretum,Collins Bowling Center, the Expolrium and
southland pool each week.
•Meals will be provided by the program and will include
breakfast,lunch and snack.
